They gave us a huge and large room with a city view. Extra touches like an electronic key card, a work desk, and TV were a treat, staff were affable and competent. The location was exceptionally nice, just a walking distance from Southover Grange Gardens.

Located in the middle of Delta. We stayed at Triple-Room which has enough space. Breakfast is very good.

Very comprehensive breakfast buffett. Friendly english speaking staff. Informationcenter about the Ebro-Delta in walking distance (ca. 800m). Supermarket around the corner. Free hotel parking in front of the hotel. A good starting point to explore the Ebro-Delta.

Room were a bit clairaudient.

This hotel is really nice, and we had a great time during our stay. the location was especially good for all the activities nearby. A big thank you to the friendly staff! 😊.

Restaurant was reasonably good

The air conditionning doesn't work, they gave 2 beds instead of one 2 person bed and they really disrespect the customer. They tell you "take it or leave it" at midnight when you explain that you can't sleep at 28 degrees.

The breakfast was not suitable for young children,no cereals

The staff were excellent, friendly, and helpful. The evening meals were of a reasonable standard. WiFi worked well both in the room and in the restaurant. The hotel is well located in the center of a working town and caters to business people and nature reserve visitors.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area's natural surroundings, and I appreciated the opportunity to try local cuisines at the restaurant. the comfortable and well-maintained rooms were perfect for a relaxing retreat.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and gave helpful advice on activities in the area. The hotel facilities were well maintained and the cleanliness was excellent. the location was perfect for travelers with a car as there was convenient parking available.

During my Xmas break, the hotel offered fantastic food choices with great quality as well as clean, modern, and well-furnished rooms. the location was perfect, being close to the nature reserves and gave us an easy access to the other town attractions.

The slow service at the reception, but the staff was multitasking and perhaps that is why it took a little longer. Another disadvantage was not having WiFi in the room, but it was available in the lobby area.
